Terms, privacy & refunds

Terms of service

By using AI Rap Video you confirm you are 18 or older and that every photo you upload shows you or an adult who has agreed to its use.

• No sexual content, no minors, and no deceptive or harmful use of anyone’s likeness.
• Do not request lyrics from an existing song, a recording of an existing song, or the voice of a named artist. We generate original audio only.
• Videos are for personal and social posting. You are responsible for how you caption and share them.
• We may refuse or remove content that breaks these rules.
• AI Rap Video is independent and not affiliated with any artist, label, show or platform.

Privacy

• Photos are stored privately in our own storage and sent to the video generation provider only to produce your video.
• Unused uploads are deleted 7 days after upload. Finished videos are stored for 30 days after creation, then deleted automatically; you can delete a video earlier from My videos.
• Your browser keeps an order record tied to a cookie so My videos works. The private order link contains a long random key and works on other devices until the video is deleted — treat it like a password.
• We use privacy-friendly aggregate analytics (page views and buttons such as “Checkout started”) without cross-site tracking or advertising profiles. We do not sell personal data.
• Payments are processed by Stripe; we receive the payment status and amount, not your card details.

Refunds

• Technical failure. If the model rejects your photo, the render fails, or we cannot deliver the video, it is compensated automatically: a video paid by card gets a full refund to the same payment method (5–10 business days to appear); a video paid with credits gets its credits back. No request needed.
• Your photo was unsuitable. If we cannot use the photo, the order fails before generation and you are compensated the same way. We validate the file before you pay, and tell you what good photos look like, so this should be rare.
• You dislike a delivered video. AI results vary and are not exact recreations. A delivered video is not automatically refundable, but contact support with your order ID within 14 days and we review it individually.
• Credit packs: unused credits are refundable on request within 30 days if no video has been delivered. Partially used packs are reviewed case by case.
